What is the signature service?
For those with busy lives, The Signature Service is truly the best way to help you understand your vision with realistic renders of how sourced furniture and finishes will look in your home. By combining Virtual and E-Design, you can be confident in implementing your design knowing that you have saved time and fatigue from decision making, as well money from costly mistakes!
Having a renovation or new build can quickly become stressful and overwhelming when you have so many decisions to make such as ‘Should we open that wall? What’s the best layout? Will the furniture fit? Which tiles would look best? What lighting? ...
I know from previous clients, that offering Interior E-Design together with Virtual Design has been a godsend for them when undertaking a larger project, if not only by tackling the decisions before it’s too late and not regretting them later! The earlier you get in touch, the better. Even if you don’t have architect plans, a quick chat will help you in what steps to take next.
The process is simple. We gather information from you to learn what you envision for your space, then starting with concepts and floorplans, we build your space into 3D with models of your furniture selections, holding weekly catch-ups as we progress through the project.
The outcome will be beautiful 3D renders of your space, as well as floor plans and elevations which are really helpful to your contractors as you will both have the same vision of your goals! As well as Moodboards, shopping links and realistic imagery, a Virtual Tour and Virtual Roaming Video is also part of the service. Below are some examples of these to show how we can bring your designs to life.
curated moodboards
Following the concept and floorplan stage, Moodboards are created to reflect your personal taste, lifestyle and colour selections.
Furnishings are curated to fit within the dimensions of the plan and within your budget to save you time in shopping around for the perfect choice! There will also be a set of amends for alternative choices just in case the items aren’t quite right.
VIRTUAL TOURS
These are several panoramas which are joined together within one ‘Tour’. Once the image below has uploaded, the best way to view the tour is to click the top right icon to open the viewer to full size. You can jump to each space by clicking on the floorplan pins, the floor hotspots or room titles (to switch off the measurements, click ‘more’ and click the ruler icon prior to viewing full size).
Each image is a full 360 so you can spin the view, see ceilings and floors and focus in and out - enjoy looking around!
VIRTUAL ROAMING
This is an example of virtual ‘Roaming’ video, simply press play and watch for 20 seconds.
Imagine, this can be created for you so you can see your actual home or planned build - guaranteed to keep you motivated with your vision when you’re up to your knees on a building site!
Our signature Design Process

Questionnaire
To start, we will have a Zoom meeting with a a questionnaire to gather information about your project requirements, your design goals and what your vision and requirements are.

Preparation
Then, we have your plans or measurements and photographs of your space for us to utilize during the design. If needed, we may also gather additional information such as room features or furnishings you wish to keep.

Design
Over several stages, we create Design concepts, floorplans and build into 3D. Once you have approved your furniture and finishes, they will also be modelled into the design so you can be confident the sizes and finishes look great.

Handover
You will receive rendered images, 360 panoramas as a tour and a roaming video to give you a truly realistic vision of your space. You will also receive the finished moodboard with shopping links so that you can create the space exactly as per your design..
What to expect
signature service Package
All virtual designs are bespoke to your requirements but mainly include allocated time for consultations and amends, Design Concepts, Floorplans, Elevations, Curated Moodboards, Shopping Links, Renders, 360' Panoramas combined into a Virtual Tour and a bonus Roaming video of your completed virtual space.
Furnishings & Decor
Furnishings and decor that have been chosen in the final moodboards will be virtually modelled (as closely as possible), including wall and floor treatments so that you can see exactly how your renovated and redecorated space will look. You will also have access to all the shopping links so that you can easily implement the design!
Entirely Online
All Signature design services and correspondence for your project, will be conducted entirely online from the comfort of your own home. We use email and have regular Zoom calls as we progress through the project making amends as necessary until you are ready for the final renders.
Timeline
Once we start the design of your project, you'll have initial 3D plans within a couple of weeks. Final production of renders will depend on the size of your project (from 4 weeks up) but regular meetings ensure we are all up to speed with any changes to architect plans and furnishing decisions, working to deadlines where necessary.
